Network-wide pump uptime reached 99.4%, a record, helped by remote diagnostics on the new Wayne / Tatsuno pumps. The constraint has shifted to in-store Mesra checkout — average queue at the busiest 60 stations is 4.6 minutes, capping ancillary spend.

Rolling out 280 Setel self-checkout kiosks plus widening 60 high-traffic stations from 4 to 6 pumps should move the binding constraint outward and add 6–8% effective network throughput before the FY26 Hari Raya peak.
